No hydraulic circuit, the whole mechanism is fitted into a nylon fiberglass cylinder. A small electric motor moves a series of worm gears to operate the lapped stainless steel piston. Easy and quick installation, the stern mounting plates and the tabs are interchangeable with Bennett cylinders.
